The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all service repair components and purchased parts meet established quality standards. This role conducts detailed inspections, supports quality processes, and collaborates with internal and external partners to maintain product excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and quality tests on service repair components following defined quality standards, including collecting inspection data and determining appropriate dispositions or repairs.
• Conduct incoming inspections and First Article Inspections (FAIs) on purchased parts using standard physical, mechanical, and electrical measurement tools.
• Verify and communicate the first receipt of new-revision parts in alignment with the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.
• Execute Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including verifying part defects, determining dispositions, and performing rework when applicable.
• Communicate routinely with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding quality findings, dispositions, and reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to 5S, ISO, and other corporate programs, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Comply with all company substance-use policies to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
