Now Hiring: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician – Honeywell (Chula Vista, CA)

Location: Honeywell PPE Manufacturing Facility – Chula Vista, San Diego, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Pay: Starting at 32/hr | 48/hr Overtime

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Chula Vista team. This role supports our PPE production lines—including earplug manufacturing—by keeping critical machinery running at peak performance.

If you are currently working in a high-speed manufacturing or industrial setting and know your way around conveyors, motors, sensors, and preventative maintenance, this is your opportunity to level up with a globally recognized leader.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and conveyor systems

• Diagnose issues using schematics, and multimeters

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and reduce breakdowns

• Document all work in accordance with Quality Management Systems

• Maintain and optimize machines in alignment with operational KPIs and safety requirements

•Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve recurring issues and improve processes

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment

•Strong knowledge of electrical system maintenance, including motors, relays, sensors, and panels

•Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS tools

•Understanding of ISO-9001 or similar quality system standards

•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

•Comfortable working independently and on a team in a fast-paced production setting

Additional Requirements:

•Must pass a drug test and background check

•Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency if hired

Pay Details: 28.00 per hour
