THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of related experience
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems independently
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As a full-time HVAC Service Technician, you will work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities for overtime and on-call shifts. You'll start your day from home-no need to report to a central location before heading to your job site.
Each day, you will begin from home, dispatching directly to job sites across Kingston, Pittston, and Mountain Top. You will perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs to keep systems running efficiently. Customer service will be at the heart of your role as you interact with homeowners, explain solutions, and ensure their comfort. With the support of a reliable team and access to top-notch tools and a company vehicle, you will have everything you need to provide high-quality service!
