NYS Licensed Esthetician (Service Provider), Statera
Reporting to the Spa Director, Statera is seeking NYS licensed Estheticians. The qualified
candidates will perform advanced skincare services while providing an elevated wellness
experience and excellent customer service. Knowledge of various advanced esthetic
modalities (Hydrafacial, Glo2 Facial, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Facials, Dermaplaning
and more) and/or willing to train. Work within our brand new spa with flexible shifts &
extended appointment windows. Must be willing to perform consecutive facial services in a
shift when applicable. Adhere to the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness. All
estheticians must possess a valid NYS Esthetics license and professional liability insurance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to all local and state esthetic licensing laws & regulations
- Adhere to all esthetic operating procedures (set forth by Spa Director)
- Adhere to dress code set by Statera and maintain personal appearance/ cleanliness, demonstrating optimal health and wellness
- Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned treatment room
- Must be able to adequately clean, sanitize, and reset treatment room between each session
- Perform & review guests’ intake & consent forms prior to treatment
- Perform all skincare services as outlined in service protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Knowledgeable of the menu, products, and advanced skin care services available at Statera
- Recommend facial enhancements to upgrade guests wellness experience
- Provide post service aftercare recommendations and products to all guests
- Record guests treatment record after each session
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
- Esthetics: 1-2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- NYS Esthetics License (Required)
Insurance:
- Professional Liability Insurance (Required)
Pay Structure
- Commensurate with Experience - Competitive Service Commission based pay and/or Hourly wage
- Product Commission
- Gratuity
