This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Seamstress located in Cape Canaveral, Fl. The Industrial Seamstress will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including operating industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble various aerospace materials. The work environment is dynamic and requires a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble various aerospace materials.
  • Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine job specifications.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and precision are met.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot sewing machine issues.
  • Interact with clients and address specific needs as part of customer service duties.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with industrial sewing machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vocational training in sewing or related fields is an advantage.
  • Experience with aerospace materials.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
