Are you ready to take medical device innovation from prototype to production? We’re looking for a hands-on NPI Engineer to lead seamless product transfers, drive process development, and collaborate across teams to deliver life-changing solutions.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead prototype-to-production transfers and production line duplication
✅ Collaborate with Development, Quality, Operations, and Materials teams
✅ Drive serial production release and ramp-up
✅ Support laser welding and cutting process development
✅ Manage continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
✅ Oversee validation protocols and quality documentation
What We’re Looking For
???? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
???? 2+ years in medical device manufacturing (Class II & III devices)
???? Experience with laser technology
???? Strong project management and hands-on approach
???? Familiarity with Microsoft Project and CAD preferred
