Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to run a Bridgeport-style CNC mill (Trak DPM2). This is not a journeyman-level position, but the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC mills and be capable of producing accurate parts with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a Trak DPM2 CNC mill.
• Load programs and make minor program edits as needed.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a CNC mill (preferably Bridgeport-style or Trak machines).
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
• Comfortable with G-code and conversational programming (preferred but not required).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ProtoTRAK controls is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
