We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI, 53704. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Responsibilities
*please note that pay rate does not include shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift*
- Set up and operate digital printing presses to produce a variety of printed materials.
- Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the printing processes.
Qualifications
- Machine Operator experience, 3-6+ months preferred
- Proven experience as a Digital Press Operator or similar role, preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
