Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

What You'll Do:

• Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Lead installation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of safety and quality
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
