We’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Technician who is passionate about providing exceptional service, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and educating customers about their home comfort needs.
Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics, repairs, and tune-ups on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, ductwork, etc.
- Educating customers and selling necessary repairs and maintenance agreements
- Using an iPad to create customer invoices and communicate with the office
Qualifications:
- 3+ years field experience as an HVAC residential service technician (Required)
- EPA Certified
- Washington State 06A or 06B (Desired)
- Must have strong skillset in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential HVAC projects
- Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers
- Strong leadership skills and work ethics are a must!
- Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
- Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position of HVAC Service Technician
