Job DescriptionCaregivers have a wide mix of skills. They need to be highly organized and be able to multitask, and they must be able to help with a range of home chores, such as preparing meals and cleaning. Depending on the level of care you provide, your Caregivers will need several specialized skills, such as:
Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical and mental needs
An understanding of what to do in an emergency
Training in any special areas of care you provide
