Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We are offering a SIGNING BONUS of $3000, 50% payable upon hire, 50% after 1 year of service! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, along with excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections
Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, solutions, and recommendations
Accurately complete service documentation and work orders
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting methods
EPA certification required; additional licenses or certifications a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional, customer-focused demeanor
