Job DescriptionMechanical Assembly Technician – Ultrasonic Tank AssemblyLocation: Ewing, NJSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
About the RoleWe are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to assemble ultrasonic cleaning tanks and mechanical systems. This position focuses exclusively on mechanical assembly, working with stainless-steel frames, plumbing components, and mechanical subassemblies.

Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on mechanical experience, familiarity with hand/power tools, and the ability to follow blueprints or technical drawings. Job stability is important for this role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components, frames, and ultrasonic tank subassemblies
  • Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Install mechanical fittings, brackets, panels, and plumbing connections
  • Perform mechanical testing, inspection, and alignment of assembled units
  • Verify measurements, tolerances, and part fitment with calipers/micrometers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment following 5S guidelines
  • Complete work orders, inspection logs, and production documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams when assembly issues arise

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of mechanical assembly or hands-on trade experience
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools
    Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings/blueprints
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, tank assembly, or equipment assembly preferred
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems, fittings, and alignment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Stable work history required (minimum 1–2 years in previous roles)
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
