Job DescriptionJob Title: Front Desk CoordinatorLocation: Glen Rock, NJSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Are you a friendly, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast- paced, patient-focused healthcare environment? Our growing vein center in Glen Rock, NJ, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. In this vital front-line role, you'll ensure every patient has a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you're passionate about patient care and have experience in a medical office, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Patient Reception: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and provide clear information about their appointments and procedures.Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently. Handle a multi-line phone system with professionalism and care.Insurance & Administrative Support: Verify insurance coverage, assist with patient intake forms, and ensure accurate documentation within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.Maintain a Professional Front Desk Area: Keep the reception space clean, organized, and running smoothly to promote a calm and welcoming environment.
