The role involves managing key accounting processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
• Reconcile financial accounts to maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and post accounting entries in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and providing solutions to improve financial operations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for audits and reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and efficiency.• Basic knowledge and understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Experience or familiarity with bank reconciliations and financial account management.
• Proficiency in handling accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and collections.
• Ability to prepare accurate and compliant accounting entries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using accounting software or tools.
• Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
