Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve the company’s ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Lead quality audits (internal and external) to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of nonconformances.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to quality performance.
• Support customer and supplier quality requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and auditing principles.
• Proven experience conducting quality investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, or root cause analysis preferred.
