Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic production team on a Swing Shift schedule, working four days a week with a 15% shift pay differential. In this role, you will fabricate stainless steel equipment used in food processing by interpreting blueprints and welding assemblies with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and weld stainless steel parts using MIG, TIG, and TIP/TIG techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Utilize fixtures, templates, and guides to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Operate gas torches, plasma cutters, overhead cranes, and pneumatic tools.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Confidence with both imperial and metric measurements.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team success.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in all forms of GMAW welding.

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing environment, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment such as gas torches, plasma cutters, overhead cranes, and pneumatic tools. The role requires adherence to safety standards and efficient production processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43000.00/yr.
