Research assistant needed in philosophy/theology.
Subdisciplines: Manuscripts of philosophers (e.g. Peirce, Leibniz, Husserl, William James, Royce), Christian texts (e.g. comparing biblical versions, a Kempis, Spurgeon, and Aquinas), and Semiotic interpretation and inquiry.
Duties include: reading journal articles aloud, constructing bibliographic entries, locating research articles in databases, ordering articles/text through the online SUNY library system.
Responsibilities ordinarily satisfied on or near SUNY Cortland campus; some off-campus work may be possible. Availability to work six to eight hours weekly is desirable.
Salary: commensurate with training and/or experience
