Location: Pearland, TX
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Steel Toe Boots Required
Company Overview:
Our client, a well-established tire distribution company, and they are currently seeking 2 dependable General Laborers to join their warehouse team in Pearland. This position supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials are handled, organized, and shipped safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading trucks, staging shipments, and preparing materials for delivery.

Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and yard.

Follow instructions from supervisors to support daily operations and meet productivity goals.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Use basic hand tools and warehouse equipment safely (training provided).

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE, including steel toe boots.
Requirements:

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day.

Must have steel toe boots.

Previous warehouse, shipping, or general labor experience preferred but not required.

Must meet Mission Staffing of Texas’ hiring criteria — no theft- or violence-related convictions accepted, ever.

Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
