Makwa Global is seeking a talented military Veteran to join our Team as a Water/Swim Physical Training Instructor for the contingent award of the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Preparatory Course Training and Support Services at Naval Station Great Lakes, Great Lakes, IL. We need the rare skill sets you have developed throughout your Military Career to properly physically train and mentally prepare SEAL and SWCC candidates for successful completion of their respective selection programs.
Requirements:
- A valid and current CPR and AED American Red Cross Certification
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent (within the last 5 years) experience working as a water/swim coach/instructor in a training environment and a valid Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support the Program
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs. (Excel, Power Point, Project and Word)
