Compensation: $120,000–$190,000 annually (includes $10,000 sign-on bonus + profit sharing)

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy team. With 15 established clinics and continued expansion, there’s tremendous opportunity for professional growth—including a current Clinic Lead opening for those ready to advance.

Who We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
- California PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Passion for patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as part of a cohesive team
