Job Description
Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Dallas team! 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead the design/implementation of complex engineering projects </li>
<li>Ensure excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA/QC standards </li>
<li>Solve/navigate project challenges with advanced engineering concepts/innovative strategies </li>
<li>Mentor/train junior staff, guide them through complex projects, and assist with professional development </li>
<li>Ensure continuous improvements by developing/refining engineering practices and standards </li>
</ul>
 
 Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering </li>
<li>6+ years of engineering experience </li>
<li>PE License </li>
</ul>
 
 
Salary is commensurate with experience.
