This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non-Medical Case Manager based in Reno, NV. The Non-Medical Case Manager will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized plans, coordinating services, and managing resources to support clients. Additional responsibilities include providing case management services, supporting disability management efforts, and ensuring proper utilization of resources to align with organizational and client goals. The position will involve regular communication and collaboration with clients, providers, and support teams and eligibility certifications for clients twice a yea

Qualificati</p>
o
- sProficiency in Non-Medical, or Medical Case Management or regular Case Management
- Experience in Case Management and delivering Case Management Service
- sStrong organizational and communication skill
- sEmpathy and ability to engage with a diverse client populatio
- nRelevant certifications or training in case management practices or Medical Assistant work
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Health Sciences or a related field preferred or field experience with certifications
- Experience in on-site client service roles is a plu
