Job DescriptionNOWHIRING – Electrical Assembly Production Associate
Pay:$15hourly (Note: Entry pay is modest, with potential for up to 10 hours of overtime weekly once fully trained)
Schedule:7:00AM–3:30PMJob Requirements:
- High degree of manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination to manipulate and place components, subassemblies, and unit assemblies.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in a supervised manufacturing environment.
- Basic competency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings — including parts lists, wire lists, and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with standard quality practices used in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of standing, sitting, squatting, bending, climbing, reaching, and grasping for extended periods.
- Proficient in using hand tools such as crimpers, wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers.
- Able to lift up to 35lbs unassisted.
