Experienced Professional Real Estate Sales Executive
Our client is a leading land and property real estate services firm that brings people and projects together while delivering solutions that support business growth. They promote a culture of inclusion and professional development across a five state region including Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia.
Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced professional sales executive to drive revenue growth in the DC, Maryland and Virginia markets, along with additional expansion areas. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and strategic thinking ability to grow the client base and exceed sales goals.
This role represents three connected business entities offering complementary services. You will engage with developers and builders across the region, leveraging multiple service lines under one umbrella to build your portfolio and maximize income potential.
Key Responsibilities

Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Deliver presentations and manage the full sales cycle

Exceed assigned quotas and performance expectations

Stay updated on market trends

Use CRM tools for tracking and reporting

Represent the company at industry events
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical, organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to build and manage long term customer relationships
