Job Summary:
RevOpsis Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join its Springfield-based research team. The role involves contributing to the development of next-generation multispecific biologics for retinal vascular diseases. The candidate will work across discovery, preclinical, and translational research, utilizing cutting-edge scientific techniques and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance therapeutic candidates.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design, expression, and characterization of multispecific biologic candidates.

Conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments, including cell-based assays and animal models, to evaluate efficacy and safety.

Collaborate with discovery, translational, and clinical development teams to advance projects from concept to preclinical development.

Analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to internal teams and external collaborators.

Support regulatory documentation and IND preparation for investigational therapies.

Stay updated on scientific advancements in ophthalmology and biologics to inform research strategies.
Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in biologic drug discovery; ophthalmology experience preferred.

Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, protein expression/purification, ELISA, flow cytometry, and animal handling.

Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
