Job Summary:
RevOpsis Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join its Springfield-based research team. The role involves contributing to the development of next-generation multispecific biologics for retinal vascular diseases. The candidate will work across discovery, preclinical, and translational research, utilizing cutting-edge scientific techniques and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance therapeutic candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, expression, and characterization of multispecific biologic candidates.

• Conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments, including cell-based assays and animal models, to evaluate efficacy and safety.

• Collaborate with discovery, translational, and clinical development teams to advance projects from concept to preclinical development.

• Analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to internal teams and external collaborators.

• Support regulatory documentation and IND preparation for investigational therapies.

• Stay updated on scientific advancements in ophthalmology and biologics to inform research strategies.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in biologic drug discovery; ophthalmology experience preferred.

• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, protein expression/purification, ELISA, flow cytometry, and animal handling.

• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
