We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for vertical construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and crews.
- Maintain project schedule, site logistics, and quality standards.
- Enforce safety compliance and conduct regular inspections.
- Review plans and specifications; resolve issues quickly.
- Communicate with Project Manager, clients, and inspectors.
- Prepare daily reports and keep accurate documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years supervising commercial or residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of vertical construction (multi-story, mixed-use, commercial).
- Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred.
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Project Locations
- Palisades, NY – New build and renovations.
- Newburgh, NY – Mixed-use and multifamily (retail + apartments).
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poughkeepsie, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
