Position Summary: This role will be a member of the Rebates and Fees Team within the Commercial Services Team, ensuring accurate data and compliance. The Analyst II is responsible for performing multifaceted analyses to assess customer rebate contract performance and manage and support the administrative fees of a contract. Supports customers by ensuring contract compliance and resolving rebate/administrative fee issues by partnering with internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Provide oversight and insightful analysis with rebate and fees settlement.
- Ensure timely rebate and fees payments and customer market share communications.
- Manage the processing, settlement, payment, and reporting of rebates and administrative fees within the Revenue Management systems.
- Support the principal analyst with workload requests.
- Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract rebate and administrative fee obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup, or customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of work experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration, or another related field.
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced with MS Office programs (with a focus on Excel).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Advanced Excel capabilities.
