- Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + bonus

Position Overview
The Controls Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems and automation solutions for industrial processes. This role involves working closely with project teams to ensure that automation systems meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for automation projects.
- Program and configure PLCs and SCADA systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate control systems with existing electrical infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and control systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff on control system operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with PLC programming, particularly Rockwell and Allen Bradley systems.
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and their application in industrial settings.
- Familiarity with automation standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
