We are partnered with a fast-growing custom apparel and souvenir manufacturer known for delivering high-quality products using industry-leading direct-to-garment (DTG) technology. Their production process is powered by state-of-the-art Kornit printers, and they pride themselves on craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail.
They are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Apparel Printer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in DTG printing who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience with Kornit DTG printers or comparable equipment
- Familiarity with RIP software (ColorGate or Print Factory)
- Understanding of pretreatment solutions like QFix or Intensifier
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment maintenance
- Team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; DTG certification is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Kornit Avalanche and Kornit Atlas Max DTG printers
- Optimize print settings (pretreatment, underbase, Max White) for fabric types
- Troubleshoot issues such as banding, misalignment, and ink curing
- Conduct daily and weekly printer maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Follow rigorous quality control standards to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols
