  • Location: Winter Park, FL
  • Temporary position, 3+ months

Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator/Process Improvement Technician to support our operational excellence and production efficiency initiatives. In this role, you will use a stopwatch to time tasks throughout the manufacturing process, collect and analyze performance data, and collaborate closely with the OPEx Manager to improve workflow and productivity.This position also includes hands-on work on the production floor, so basic tool knowledge and comfort in a manufacturing environment are essential.Responsibilities:

  • Perform time studies using a stopwatch to document task completion times
  • Gather, track, and analyze data in coordination with the OPEx Manager
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize, report, and present findings
  • Assist with production floor activities as needed
  • Apply basic tool knowledge to support operational tasks
  • Communicate findings clearly with supervisors and team members
  • Follow all safety policies and standard manufacturing procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ experience a manufacturing floor in a similar role
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and production floor equipment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word a must)
  • Ability to collect and interpret data
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfort working on the production floor around equipment and machinery

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
