What You’ll Do:

  • Build custom trucks from the ground up: frames, tanks, pumps, valves, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Wire up 12V systems and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and cranes—REAL tools, REAL work.
  • Read and follow schematics while keeping safety and precision top of mind.
  • Work with a crew that has your back, solving problems and improving builds together.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical know-how (experience with trucks, heavy equipment, or hydraulics is a big plus).
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pumps, valves, or diesel engines helps you stand out.
  • Basic hand tools (we’ll provide the specialized stuff).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stay on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced shop.
  • Team player ready to learn and cross-train.
