Zumbro Valley Health Center – Southeast Minnesota
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 Per Year (Compensation based on experience)
Join Zumbro Valley Health Center, a premier non-profit organization dedicated to comprehensive, integrative care since 1966. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight to our Adult Case Management, ARMHS, and Peer Support Programs.

Clinical Supervisor: Key Leadership Responsibilities
This supervisory role is crucial for the successful delivery and management of our Adult Mental Health Services.
- Clinical Direction & Treatment Oversight: Provide treatment supervision and clinical oversight for all clients served, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
- Staff Management & Mentorship: Lead staff onboarding, and training. Offer guidance and education on treatment and care delivery.
- Performance & Productivity Monitoring: Actively review program metrics, monitor caseload sizes, and ensure the team meets all program productivity expectations.
- Program Integrity & Policy: Assist with the development and monitoring of program policies and procedures. Ensure all required documentation is completed promptly.
- Integrated Consultation: Facilitate Integrated Clinical Consultation meetings, offer treatment recommendations, and provide timely crisis assistance consultation.
- Team Observation: Provide observation of staff in individual and group settings
Required Qualifications & Professional Experience
We seek a highly qualified Mental Health Professional with demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Education & Licensure (Required): Master’s degree and current licensure in social work, counseling, or other clinical discipline.
- Clinical Experience (Required): A minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Professional Designation: Must meet the MN State qualifications of a Mental Health Professional.
- Supervisory Experience (Preferred): One (1) year or more experience in supervision or leadership is preferred.
- Board Approved (Highly Desirable): Board approved supervisor status is highly desirable.
- Key Leadership Skills: Proven ability in establishing and meeting priorities and program goals.
