Position Overview:
Were seeking a refined, compassionate, and highly motivated Physician Associate/ Nurse Practitioner to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping patients transform their health and appearance while providing a concierge-level experience in a modern, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:
. Conduct new client consultations, wellness assessments/physical exams, and follow-ups.
Develop and manage personalized hormone therapy and medically assisted weight loss treatment plans.
Prescribe and oversee therapies including testosterone, estrogen, peptides, semaglutide, and tirzepatide.
Educate clients on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle optimization.
Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure exceptional patient satisfaction.
Maintain detailed, compliant documentation in EMR systems.
Represent the 4Ever Young brand with professionalism, warmth, and care.
. Collaborate with the marketing department on digital marketing strategies, events, and promotions.
. Generate weekly sales reports using our leads database to quantify contacts and sales.
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) license in the state of Florida.
Prior experience in hormone therapy, weight management, functional medicine or wellness preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, polished presence with a passion for luxury wellness and patient experience.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
