Job DescriptionCommercial Employees is staffing an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a Huntersville, NC production team by ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the facility's equipment and systems. Scheduled hours • 2:30pm-10:30pm, salary rate $50,000. Industrial Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilities:• Ensure the operational efficiency of all electrical and mechanical equipment• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks• Provide timely repairs to minimize production downtime• Communicate project status and maintenance activities to the Production Manager• Diagnose, repair, and overhaul electrical components on critical production equipment• Install, configure, and replace motors, sensors, and control systems• Respond to and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns on the production floorIndustrial Maintenance TechnicianRequirements:• 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and drive systems preferred
