What You’ll Do:
- Make a hands-on impact on every job - we WIN TOGETHER
- Roll your sleeves, get in the dirt, go boots-on-the ground, to install foundation repair and waterproofing solutions on residential projects - it's a dirty job
- Lead by example and inspire a high-performing crew to get the job done right, the first time
- Ensure a safe and clean job site, every time
- Assign tasks and oversee installations with precision and efficiency
- Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on track
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with pride
- Mentor and train crew members to grow their skills - we WIN TOGETHER
- Safely operate company vehicles (box truck/trailers) and equipment (mini excavators)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading crews or small teams in construction or related fields
- Solid understanding of foundation repair, waterproofing, or mechanical systems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
- Willingness to work in crawl spaces and confined areas
