About the Role:

Lancaster Custom Dock & Lift Systems is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team in Troutman, NC. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in constructing and installing custom dock and lift systems for our clients, contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and install custom dock and lift systems according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, metal, fiberglass, and other materials
• Ensure all work is completed with high quality and attention to detail
• Adhere to safety and building codes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, as well as the use of all necessary tools
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 80lbs
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have own tools
• Comfortable working on water
