WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our Memory Care Program Director, your leadership will shape the tone and spirit of the entire memory care neighborhood. You'll oversee hiring and training, design staff schedules, and ensure policies are followed while constantly looking for new ways to improve care and engagement. You'll be the essential link between compassionate programming and personalized care, creating an atmosphere that's as joyful as it is structured.

This role is a mix of management and mission-and no two days are ever quite the same.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• A heart for serving seniors with empathy and respect
• Hands-on experience with scheduling and (ideally) scheduling software
• Experience in Memory Care, with a strong grasp of programming needs
• A sense of ownership and accountability for leading your program
