Job Title: Chemical Compounder

Job Description

As a Chemical Compounder, you will operate, set up, adjust, disassemble, and clean advanced blending equipment used for adhesives. Your role will involve performing and auditing material checks, conducting in-process inspections, post-packaging evaluations, and clean checks to ensure compliance. You will also troubleshoot product and formula issues and make necessary process adjustments while following specific chemical processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, set up, and adjust advanced blending equipment for adhesives.
  • Disassemble and clean blending equipment.
  • Perform and audit material checks, in-process inspections, and post-packaging evaluations.
  • Conduct clean checks to ensure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot product and formula issues or process adjustments.
  • Follow specific chemical processes.

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience in chemical compounding.
  • Experience in batch mixing and blending.
  • Proficiency in mixing and compounding processes.
  • Knowledge of chemical processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with adhesives is highly valued.

Work Environment

The work environment involves handling advanced blending equipment and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Candidates should be comfortable with operating machinery and following strict chemical processes. The attire and facility conditions will align with industry safety protocols.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Germantown, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $54080.00/yr.

This company offers health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. They provide paid vacation and holiday as well. They also offer a 10% quarterly bonus based on salary per quarter.

This is a fully onsite position in Germantown,WI.
