As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll be a vital part of a dedicated team providing total care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The individuals in this home require full physical support, including safe lift transfers and special diet preparation — and we’ll train you every step of the way.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience and grow in a supportive, learning-focused environment with a diverse and mission-driven team.
What You'll Do:
- Provide total care including feeding, bathing, mobility assistance, and daily living support
- Safely operate lifts to assist with transfers (training provided)
- Support individuals who follow specialized diets and medical routines
- Offer emotional and relational support that brings dignity and joy to those you serve
- Partner with a diverse and dedicated team in a thoughtful, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
- Compassionate heart and reliable work ethic
- Willingness to learn and provide full physical care
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18+
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (held for 2+ years)
- Pass background check, drug screen, physical & ergonomic assessments
- Attend 3 weeks + 2 days of paid New Hire Training (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
