Join one of New York’s most respected gourmet food production teams as a Cake Decorator in a high-volume, state-of-the-art commissary environment. This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented cake artist who thrives in a professional production setting and takes pride in crafting visually stunning, high-quality desserts.

What You’ll Do

Decorate cakes, pastries, and specialty desserts with precision and creativity.
Ensure consistency in quality, design, and presentation across all products.
Collaborate with pastry and production teams to meet daily and seasonal volume targets.
Follow production schedules, recipes, and food safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all sanitation protocols.
Work effectively in a commissary kitchen environment with a large-scale production team.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a cake decorator in a commercial bakery, commissary, or food manufacturing setting.
Strong attention to detail and artistic skill in frosting, piping, and design techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible to work various shifts, including early morning, evening, or overnight.
