Edwards Plumbing & Heating is a fast-growing, full-scale residential and commercial service company operating across Southeastern Michigan. With over 50 team members and annual sales of $7 million, we pride ourselves on delivering honest, professional, and high-quality work.

We are currently hiring experienced Plumbing Service Technicians for our afternoon and evening shifts. Available shift times include:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations with quality craftsmanship

• Communicate professionally with customers, listen to their needs, and provide accurate service options

• Handle a wide range of plumbing tasks: faucet repairs, drain cleaning, sewer line repair/replacement, leak detection, toilet installation, garbage disposals, water heater installation, recirc pumps, gas piping, and remodels

• Ability to handle emergency service calls and after-hours drain work is essential for afternoon/evening shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing service experience

• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude

• Experience quoting and presenting repair/install options

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must be comfortable working independently and dispatched from home

• HVAC experience is a big plus but no necessary
