Job Title: Production Associate ($22-24/hr)
Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for operating a rubber injection molding machine. This role involves loading parts into the machine, removing the finished product, trimming excess rubber, and performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met. The process is repeated until all molds for the specific product are completed.
Responsibilities
- Operate rubber injection molding machine efficiently.
- Load and unload parts from the machine for each specific job.
- Trim excess rubber from finished products to ensure quality.
- Conduct quality checks on products to maintain standards.
- Repeat the molding process until all molds are completed for the assigned product.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
