What You’ll Do
- Hands-On Precision: Set up and operate CNC machines with a focus on aerospace and medical components.
- Streamlined Workflow: Typically one setup per shift—giving you time to focus on quality and efficiency.
- Expand Your Skills: Operate CNC Mills and lathes if capable, and assist with additional machining tasks.
- Work With Modern Equipment: Enjoy working on brand-new machinery in a well-organized, efficient shop.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with CNC and CNC Swiss machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Setup and operation expertise for CNC machines.
- Knowledge of mill turn, mill, and lathe operations.
- Bonus: Familiarity with CMM operations.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monticello, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
