Key Responsibilities
• Specify, design, and test material handling equipment and electrical panels for warehouse applications
• Use AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical to create and modify electrical schematics and assembly drawings
• Apply principles and techniques of electrical engineering to develop and improve industrial control systems
• Assist in the creation of bills of materials (BOMs) and ensure accurate documentation of electrical components
• Collaborate with senior engineers as a technical support resource and grow into an independent contributor
• Follow established engineering guidelines and report to a local manager for day-to-day direction
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field (2-year degree with strong experience also considered)
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical
• Familiarity with industrial control systems and electrical component identification
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Oracle is a plus
