Raise the bar on product quality and manufacturing performance across our automotive powertrain operations.

How you'll create impact

• Implement and sustain plant Quality System practices alongside the Quality Manager.
• Author and run product stability and process validation protocols to confirm capability.
• Build quality control tests that enhance both product quality and manufacturability.
• Use SPC and data visualization to monitor efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform receiving inspections on component materials; log and resolve defects.
• Initiate corrective actions and attack root causes with structured problem-solving.
• Lead monthly Quality Meetings with dashboards, charts, and reports to verify system health.
• Partner with the Gage Technician to maintain precise, standards-compliant calibration.
• Guard documentation integrity while ensuring clear identification and traceability.

Are you a fit?

• 8–10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in automotive manufacturing.
• English fluency and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
• Versatile knowledge of shop-floor equipment, tools, materials, and processes.
• SPC and ISO/TS training (or equivalent exposure) required.
• Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
