Raise the bar on product quality and manufacturing performance across our automotive powertrain operations.
How you'll create impact
- Implement and sustain plant Quality System practices alongside the Quality Manager.
- Author and run product stability and process validation protocols to confirm capability.
- Build quality control tests that enhance both product quality and manufacturability.
- Use SPC and data visualization to monitor efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform receiving inspections on component materials; log and resolve defects.
- Initiate corrective actions and attack root causes with structured problem-solving.
- Lead monthly Quality Meetings with dashboards, charts, and reports to verify system health.
- Partner with the Gage Technician to maintain precise, standards-compliant calibration.
- Guard documentation integrity while ensuring clear identification and traceability.
Are you a fit?
- 8–10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in automotive manufacturing.
- English fluency and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
- Versatile knowledge of shop-floor equipment, tools, materials, and processes.
- SPC and ISO/TS training (or equivalent exposure) required.
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
