Eaton Compressor & Fabrication, Inc. is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals that are able to work as a team, possessing great communication skills.

Eaton Compressor is hiring for several positions in our production and manufacturing departments and are as follows:

1. Assembly
2. Materials
3. UPS/Receiving
4. Warehouse
5. Crate

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Utilize hand/power tools for assembly purposes.
• Welding
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.
• Rotate through various work centers in the shop based on production needs.
• Package units for shipping as requested by management.
• Accurately execute the production step in our software.
• Ensure items are picked from the correct locations and are placed in proper destinations.
• Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Assisting in maintaining security of warehouse.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Obtain forklift license with an on-site certification.
• Thrive in a cross-functional team environment and have a sense of urgency to reduce downtime.
• Steel toed shoes/boots and safety glasses required
• Assemble Rotary Screw Air compressors according to specifications and instructions
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before shipping
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Skills:
  - Previous experience with power tools and hand tools
  - Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams
  - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
