Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for automated processes and Robotics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving manufacturing efficiency and ensuring that control systems operate smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement control systems for automated machinery and processes.
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Programming and troubleshooting of fanuc robots.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
  • Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and commissioning of control systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Controls Engineer in an industrial setting.
  • Robotics experience, specifically using Fanuc.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, particularly with Allen Bradley.
  • Experience with HMI design and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
