C Shift- Production Associate

Job DescriptionRegal Staffing Services – Arlington has immediate Production Associate opportunities for a manufacturing company located in the Arlington area (76011).
Shift / Schedule / Pay:

• 3rd Shift Monday to Friday and weekend as needed
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• $17.60/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow work instructions to guide assemblies through the manufacturing process.
• Use materials provided by process engineering to perform job tasks and ensure all equipment is operating safely and properly.
• Notify the supervisor immediately of any equipment malfunctions.
• Perform all required preventive maintenance and document according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet the company’s quality standards and production expectations.
• Keep accurate records of production data and any maintenance or repair performed.
Requirements:
• Must be able to stand throughout the entire shift.
• Basic computer skills required (mouse, keyboard, and screen navigation).
• Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics assembly.
• Must be able to use hands and tools to perform job tasks.
• Ability to follow written instructions is required.
