We're seeking a dynamic and creative Press Assistant to join our vibrant crew. If you love the smell of fresh ink and the feel of a squeegee in your hand, keep reading!Duties:

- Assist in all aspects of automated screen printing: Be the press lead’s Right-Hand! Work closely with our printers to prepare screens, ink, squeegees and all materials needed to make amazing, printed t-shirts happen.

- Quality Control: Ensure each print meets our high standards of quality. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in spotting imperfections and ensuring vibrant, flawless prints.

- Collaboration: Work with the print team to bring unique concepts to life. Be part of an amazing production team that prints more shirts than you’d ever imagine.

- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Clean Background Check

- Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically Screen Print

- Organized and Clean Mindset

- Open-minded and Creative Attitude!
